On my corporate Win7 PC this update prevents me from connecting to Windows file shares. I am troubleshooting to get more specifics, as my user profile has redirected folders and we have our Exchange hosted and my Outlook would also not start, but I did confirm that removal of this KB restored access and re-installing it produced the same "no file access" result.
It may be an hour or two before I have more details but figured I should give you guys a heads up ASAP.
