I think it starts becoming hands off for larger customers. We order through an internal website that gathers all the requisite information, approvals, billing etc then makes the order automagically.
They have some sort of connection to our internal telephony apps so we can see usage individually, by cost center, officer etc. I *can* use MyVerizon from a PC to manage contacts, voice mail and such but I doubt anyone manages the contract with it as there's no information of that type.
