You don't have: Admin > Configure > Protect URL's?   

"http://YourNtopHost:3000/showURLs.html";

The only thing else I can think of is the globals-define.h file.  I
don't have your version so I can't offer much more.

I've just had a look through the admin pages, I can't see anywhere to
disable it
