Sorry for the late reply. Well you have to install the patch given in the
link. i have made the patch file out of it. I am sending it to you. You
have to do the following thing:
1. After downloading the patch keep the patch file "vector patch.patch" in
your ns-2.xx folder in ns-allinone-2.xx directory.
d) Install the patch by running "patch -p1 < vector patch" from the
ns-2.xx directory.
e) re run "./configure ; make clean ; make" in ns-2.xx directory
