is repo.npanday.org down?

Hi.  Does anybody know what happened to the npanday repository?  I just noticed 
that http://repo.npanday.org/archiva/repository/npanday-snapshots/  and  
http://repo.npanday.org/archiva/repository/npanday-group/   are no longer alive.
