std::vector<bool> has no emplace_back() before C++14, so the list decoder now grows a list of bool with push_back(false); other element types are unchanged. The new generator test covers a direct list<bool>, a typedef'd one, list<list<bool>> and a list<i32>. Verified: code generated for test_list_bool.thrift compiles with -std=c++11 -Werror on Apple clang 21 (it fails without the change); ctest 20/20 in an arm64 Ubuntu 24.04 container. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
