The warning came from the {{thriftl.cc}} that flex generates, not from the
{{thriftl.ll}} input. flex dropped the {{register}} storage class specifier
from its skeleton in 2.6.0 (2015), so any current toolchain generates a lexer
without it. I have not run a build against a pre-2.6 flex. Resolving as Fixed.
