Resolving. {{senum}} and {{slist}} are gone from the IDL grammar and every
generator; the only remaining traces are two {{/* slist no longer supported
*/}} comments in the Perl and PHP generators.
This landed under THRIFT-5588 in {{0b1eb6bca}}, not the earlier attempt that
was reverted here. The condition raised on this ticket in 2019 - check fbthrift
first - was met and recorded before that work went ahead. First released in
0.17.0.
