Closing as Won't Fix: the binding this ticket is about no longer exists.
Swift support was removed under THRIFT-5864 in {{43e699045}}, released in
0.24.0 - the generator, library, tests, tutorial and every build, CI and
documentation reference went with it, as no maintainer was available. There is
no {{lib/swift}} and no Swift reference under {{build/docker}} or {{.github}}
today.
Resolving as Won't Fix rather than Fixed, because the Dockerfile problem
reported here was never actually repaired.
