Resolution: Done
The lib-go job in .github/workflows/build.yml builds and tests the Go library
across a matrix of Go versions, currently 1.26 and 1.27, and sca.yml does the
same for static analysis. The two-version matrix this issue asked for exists;
the specific versions named here, 1.18 and 1.19, are long out of support.
Closing as done.
