Similar to the previous release issue
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/THRIFT-5972, Version
[0.24.0|https://github.com/apache/thrift/releases/tag/v0.24.0] was released on
July 11th but is still not uploaded to
[https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.thrift/libthrift.] The [release
docs|https://thrift.apache.org/download] state that it should be available via
Maven, so I'm assuming either the manual maven release process mentioned in the
last ticket still needs to get kicked off, or it needs investigation for why
artifacts didn't make it into maven central.
