### What changes were proposed in this PR? We want to add a new resource named `models` to Texera and this PR is the first step to refactor code to host new resources as LakeFS and MinIO repositories. The full picture is described in #4198, this PR is part of the sub-issue defined in #4324 that generalizes our LakeFS implementation. The current PR simply add `datasets` prefix in frontend and backend so all datasets can be identified by their logical path which starts with `datasets`. ### Any related issues, documentation, discussions?
