It's very strange. I've replicated the same query with my local deployment with the same infrastructure and it succeeds in sending the report based on the exact same query. The only new observation is that when the _broken_ CSV is sent to Slack, it happens very quickly, as if the query is not running at all. I've tried with and without the cache.
