afaict flask-caching itself supports rediscluster, cf https://flask-caching.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#redisclustercache - so for the 'flask caching part' it should be doable via 'regular' configuration. but celery itself doesnt support it, cf https://github.com/celery/celery/issues/8968 - there's https://pypi.org/project/celery-redis-cluster/ but at that point i think you're in experimental territory.
