@dosu There is no 'brandLogoUrl' in superset_config.py, and I'm not using
the Theme Editor yet ("THEME_ALLOW_THEME_EDITOR_BETA": True)
I already clear cache and localStorage also, but no changes, I also testing
the `LOGO_TARGET` and it's not working also, what's wrong with my apache
superset?
