It's sad it was not documented clearly. The comments above are helpful and
as @villebro mentioned, adding `build-essential` above pip install is also
required. I was able to upgrade from 4.0.1 to 4.1.2 with following changes on
my bootstrap script.
```yaml
bootstrapScript: |
#!/bin/bash
apt-get update && apt-get install -y build-essential
pip install \
"authlib" \
"psycopg2-binary>=2.9.10" \
&&\
if [ ! -f ~/bootstrap ]; then echo "Running Superset with uid {{
.Values.runAsUser }}" > ~/bootstrap; fi
```
