This seems like it ought to work... I think you've done the right things here, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be applying. That said, I don't think we should consider this a bug, but I can move this to a Q&A Discussion if you want to keep the thread alive. Otherwise it's been pretty silent around here, and we probably ought to close this as an Issue.
