Closing this since it's not a bug, but rather a well-known piece of technical debt. There are a few lingering server-generated views, and this is one of them. We're hoping that soon we'll be able to get the rest of them into the React SPA and then delete bootstrap (and other stuff, like fontawesome) once and for all. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
