GitHub user AakashGandhi1 edited a discussion: Missing Legend & Categorical
Colors in deck.gl Multi-Layer Visualization

Hi everyone,

I'm struggling with visualizing multiple layers effectively in Superset using
deck.gl multiple layer. Specifically, I'm facing the following issues:

1. Missing Legend – I can't seem to add a legend to explain the different
layers or data categories.

2. Categorical Colors Not Working – I'm trying to differentiate data points
using categorical colors, but all points appear in a single color (red in my
case).

3. Multi-Layer Visualization – I need to overlay multiple datasets on the same
map. I know that deck.gl supports multiple layers, but I'm unsure how to
configure this properly in Superset.

I've attached an example map where I'm trying to visualize different data
categories, but without categorical coloring and a legend, it's hard to
interpret.

Does anyone have experience setting up categorical colors, legends in multiple
layers in Superset's deck.gl visualizations? Any guidance or best practices
would be appreciated!
