Closing as completed by #7319. The merged change adds the opt-in `shenyu.sync.websocket.initial-sync-readiness` flag, tracks complete initial synchronization, and exposes a readiness-only health indicator that stays `OUT_OF_SERVICE` until initial configuration has been applied. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
