## Summary - Validate discovery handler, selector binding, plugin, and discovery configuration before dereferencing them during upstream refresh. - Report actionable domain validation errors instead of NullPointerException and avoid invoking discovery processors for invalid bindings. Fixes #6700 ## Validation - `./mvnw -pl shenyu-admin -am -Dtest=DiscoveryUpstreamServiceTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test` - Checkstyle enabled. Four missing-entity cases assert ValidFailException and no processor invocation; existing successful write/refresh tests also pass.
