## Summary - Scope every namespace-specific sync-cache refresh at the service/mapper boundary, including selectors, rules, metadata, app auth, proxy selectors, discovery upstreams, and AI proxy keys. - Add missing namespace-scoped sync-data service methods while preserving existing all-namespace methods. - Select discovery handlers through their bound selector/proxy-selector namespace, and retain that namespace on synchronization DTOs. Fixes #6585 ## Validation - `./mvnw -pl shenyu-admin -am -Dtest=AbstractDataChangedListenerTest,DiscoveryNamespaceQueryTest,DiscoveryUpstreamServiceTest,AppAuthServiceTest,MetaDataServiceTest,AiProxyApiKeyServiceImplTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test` - Checkstyle enabled.
