## Summary - Bound URI port readiness waiting instead of retrying forever on the registration consumer thread. - Use explicit TCP connect timeouts and cap retry sleeps by the remaining readiness budget. - Log and skip timed-out URIs so later entries can still register; stop promptly on interruption and restore the interrupt flag. - Expose the readiness budget through `-Dshenyu.client.uri.readyTimeoutMillis` (default 180000 ms). - Add local-socket tests for an unreachable URI followed by a ready URI and interrupted waiting. Fixes #6554 ## Validation - `./mvnw -pl shenyu-client/shenyu-client-core -am -DskipTests=false -Dcheckstyle.skip=false -Dtest=UriReadinessTimeoutTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test` (Java 17): passed, including Checkstyle.
