Update — round-2 deep-scan (2026-08-02) added a companion task to this hardening pass: #6679 [Task] K8s ingress parsers & IngressReconciler have zero test. It is the test-coverage side of the same fix plan above (the "add unit tests with missing endpoints/annotations/labels as fixtures" item).
