Fixed: Not possible to add product to Promo Action Rule (OFBIZ-13379)
Adding a product to Promo Rule with action Product For Special Price finishing
with error: The following required parameter is missing: productPromoActionSeqId
How to reproduce:
Open Catalog -> Promos page
Click New product promo button
Create New product promo
Press Rules button on Product promo page
Create new rule
Create action with Product for [Special Promo] price
Choose Product in Actions Products For Action field and press Add Action
