After cloning the latest {{trunk}} branches of both {{ofbiz-framework}} and
{{{}ofbiz-plugins{}}}, the *REST API module does not initialize or respond* as
expected.
Accessing the Swagger UI at {{https://localhost:8443/docs/swagger-ui.html}}
results in the following error:
Fetch error: response status is 404 [https://localhost:8443/rest/openapi.json]
