I think this document is a bit confusing and can be enhanced in the following
ways:
* "including _future_ support for substitute product reservations" ** is
misleading because, if I get it right, this is the goal of this sub-task
* "Phase 1" doesn't seem to belong to this sub-task; I suggest removing the
"Phased Implementation Overview" section
* "Substitution will be tracked via a unique reference number(wegsProductId)"
is incorrect because wegsProductId is not a unique reference number. Instead,
it always represents the original product Id, also when substitute products are
used.
