Apache OFBiz currently lacks support for defining multiple shifts with custom
break schedules within a production day. This forces planners to treat the
entire day as a single block, leading to inaccurate capacity planning. Without
shift-wise tracking, teams must rely on external tools to avoid overloading
some shifts while underutilizing others. The system should support:
Defining multiple shifts with break intervals
Assigning and monitoring capacity per shift
This will align Apache OFBiz planning with real-world shop floor operations.
