Accurate visibility of produced inventory is essential in manufacturing
operations to ensure real-time tracking and alignment with production goals.
Currently, Apache OFBiz provides a *“Declare Inventory”* feature at the
production run task level, allowing users to record output once a task is
completed. However, the declared or produced inventory is not reflected on the
main {*}Production Run screen{*}, making it difficult for production managers
and inventory coordinators to verify what has been produced without digging
into backend records or switching between multiple screens.
This gap in visibility leads to inefficiencies, delays in decision-making, and
potential errors in production reporting.
To address this, the system should be enhanced to display all
{*}declared/produced inventory from production run tasks directly within the
Production Run UI{*}. This enhancement will ensure that users have immediate
access to production output data in the context of the overall job,
streamlining inventory tracking, improving operational clarity, and supporting
more accurate and timely reporting.
