I am not sure if this corresponds with this issue, but we have similar problems
with the 24.09. demo.
If you use the date picker, the date is put into the date field in the
configured locale and the entity can be saved. If you enter the date manually,
following the date pattern given by the UI, an errors occurs.
This and OFBIZ-13222 makes the backend entity editing unusable.
