default JDK platform

The default JDK is the one that the IDE is running on.  By the look of the 
image on the issue you also opened, this is using the community installer which 
bundles JDK 25.  Therefore, what you want is not (easily) possible.  Changing 
the `netbeans.conf` in the installed package will not work.  Use the zip 
download, and configure as @matthiasblaesing states.
