   Obvious soln for now is to install multiple JDKs.  Get latest 21.0.x branch 
for Netbeans (configure that in etc/netbeans.conf) and then latest JDK for your 
shell environment.  Not perfect but works for now.  Only problem is I'm using 
FFM lately which wasn't added until JDK 22.  Does Netbeans support using a 
second JDK for it's code editor?
