`HostNameVerifyingSSLOptions` sets the HTTPS endpoint identification, and
`CassandraManagerSslTest` fails when the
`setEndpointIdentificationAlgorithm("HTTPS")` call is removed.
The test never goes through the `log4j2.sslVerifyHostName` check in
`CassandraManager.createManager`, so it still passes if that check is replaced
with `false`. Can we add a test that builds the manager with `useTls` and the
property set to `true` and to `false`, and checks the SSL options on the
`Cluster`?
