`%m{html}` now prints the escaped message, and the new test fails on `2.x`
with `but was: <prefix:>`.
The `render(String, StringBuilder, String)` overload in
`HtmlTextRenderer.java` has no test, and emptying it keeps every test green.
Can we add a small test that calls it directly?
