Opened #4396 against `2.x`, taking the second option: `HtmlTextRenderer` now
HTML-escapes the message with `Transform.escapeHtmlTags`, i.e. the same
escaping `HtmlLayout` applies, so `%m{html}` prints `Hello` for `Hello`. It
comes with two `MessagePatternConverterTest` cases and a changelog entry. If
you would rather remove the option and report it as unknown through the status
logger, say so and I will rework the PR that way.
