[I] Broken Link to Mailing List on Project Information Page [logging-log4j2]

   The link to the development mailing list on the Log4j project information 
page (https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/mail-lists.html) returns a "404 Not 
Found" error.

   However, the link works correctly on the Log4j 2 documentation page 
(https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.12.x/mail-lists.html).

   Steps to Reproduce:
   1. Go to the Log4j project information page: 
https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/mail-lists.html.
   2. Click on the link to the development mailing list.
   3. You'll see a "404 Not Found" error.
   
   Expected Behaviour: 
   The link to the mailing list should lead to the correct page, which 
currently works in the Log4j 2 documentation page.
   
   Actual Behaviour:
   The link on the project information page leads to a 404 error.
   
   Suggested Fix:
   It would be great to update the link on the project information page to 
point to the correct mailing list page: 
https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.12.x/mail-lists.html.
