Philippe Cloutier commented on LOG4J2-3526: ------------------------------------------- Thank you [~rgoers] I looked at the page again and I agree that the situation is not the one I thought. I guess you have a point that _About_ is actually the right page to highlight. It does look like the "Project Documentation" section refer to - in this case - the Commons Logging Bridge project. In other words, that part of the ToC is dynamic, depending on the project (or should we say sub-project) which is selected. However, that section of the ToC does not display right under the relevant sub-project as one would expect, but after the list of all components/projects. Moreover, if that is the intended behavior, there is no visual cue to hint that this section is unlike others, making it excessively confusing at best. > Table of Contents broken in COMPONENTS section > ---------------------------------------------- > > Key: LOG4J2-3526 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOG4J2-3526 > Project: Log4j 2 > Issue Type: Bug > Components: Documentation > Reporter: Philippe Cloutier > Priority: Minor > Attachments: image-2022-05-30-17-49-14-715.png > > > The table of contents (ToC) at the left of the manual is broken when viewing > pages in the _COMPONENTS_ section, such as [Commons Logging > Bridge|https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/log4j-jcl/index.html]. As can be > seen in the screenshot below, the focus is on the wrong page ({_}About{_}), > and icons/images for the last 2 sections are broken: > !image-2022-05-30-17-49-14-715.png! -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010)
