The table of contents (ToC) at the left of the manual is broken when viewing
pages in the COMPONENTS section, such as [Commons Logging
Bridge|https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/log4j-jcl/index.html]. As can be
seen in the screenshot below, the focus is on the wrong page (About), and
icons/images for the last 2 sections are broken:
