I think we would need more information to answer this. But I would guess that
if Log4j is initialized before the OSGI bundle containing the plugin is loaded
then this issue would occur. Somehow, the OSGI bundle containing the plugin
needs to be loaded before logging is initialized with the specific
configuration.
