## Added snapshot management to OVH compute
### Description
Added:
- `ex_list_snapshots`
- `ex_get_volume_snapshot`
- `list_volume_snapshots `
- `create_volume_snapshot `
- `destroy_volume_snapshot `
### Status
WIP, missing docstring and arguments checking.
