Ensure rackspace lbs and servers know their uri and service_name
This is a precursor to adding Rackspace RDNS support. It lets you
set PTR records for loadbalancers and servers, but it needs these
two pieces of information to do so.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jimbobhickville/libcloud rdns-metadata
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pull/650.patch
