I haven't found the cycles to fix this for the upcoming 4.0.27, I'll target 
4.0.28 and we can do a quick turnaround if needed. A big thing slowing us down 
is working out the best way to run the OSGi tests from our Gradle build. The 
technologies we have used for this in the past seem to be falling behind in 
terms of the dependencies and build stack we are trying to support.
