{{DynamicImport-Package}} was added to support Sling use of Groovy in
SLING-315. Incidentally, reintroducing {{FragmentHost}} in 4.0.26 may have
broken Sling support. I have used the environment mentioned in SLING-12437 for
testing but haven't worked out an isolated test yet. And I haven't tried with
{{DynamicImport-Package}} removed yet.
