This change set addresses #6090 first as a UI focused split and in a follow up PR, once this is merged, ill address #6174 by cleaning up how the data is gathered/snapshotted on the backend as well as clean up old/duplicate monitor logic. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
