Review Comment:
   Assuming we can do everything we can do today with Javalin, it still seems 
like a lateral move without a clear benefit, but with the downside of adding 
dependencies and learning a whole extra layer of conventions. But I'm not 
opposed to experimenting with it as a draft... it just seems not clearly 
beneficial and not worth it overall.
