**Describe the bug** Seeing errors and warnings on the Monitor page. **Versions (OS, Maven, Java, and others, as appropriate):** - 4.0 **To Reproduce** Example errors: Popup warning. One way to reproduce is going to "/tables" ``` DataTables warning: table id=tableList - Requested unknown parameter 'majorCombo' for row 0, column 12. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/4 ``` This is seen in the Debug -> Logs section of the page.
