Hi [~ctubbsii], Thanks for the comment. I proceeded with the change based on
the comment from [~elserj] above where he stated it was completely irrelevant
given prior comments. If that is not the case I'm willing to take a deeper
look into the issue, although I'm sure I would need some assistance given that
I'm just getting into the code base.
