The testcase org.apache.accumulo.test.functional.MonitorSslIT.test is failing
since this commit (680b3a2108b55c5eedf2550dcadb7b5fd20fde2a). The error message
is as follows:

java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
at
org.apache.accumulo.test.functional.MonitorSslIT.test(MonitorSslIT.java:127)
