To answer your question: You can talk to my provider now known as Cloudli formerly known as Babytel. https://www.cloudli.com/ They offer t38 fax over ip as well as a cloud solution. Pricing is here : https://www.cloudli.com/pricing-fax I currently pay 9.90 plus taxes for 90 minutes a month with a free ata adapter.
