I just started streaming with YouTube Live (after leaving Ustream after 8
years). IBM bought Ustream (now it's IBM cloud video)- guessing they lost
their shirt on the acquisition as soon as YouTube started free live
streaming.

YouTube Live works fine; not sure yet how to make a live stream private,
haven't tried yet.
